Divario Groundbreaking Recap
It’s taken a lot of time, patience and perseverance to get to a final groundbreaking for a master planned community that will soon inhabit the west side of St. George. Divario will be the first mixed-use community in Southern Utah. The plan consists of three phases, with 3,196 units to be built over 10 years. It preserves the areas renowned mountain biking trails and includes open space and area parks.
